No hot lunch the last week of school. Thank you to everyone who supported our students for the hot lunch program. The profits were used by the students for their end of the year study trip and the program facilitated our students learning so much as they became certified food handlers, learned nutrition, planted veggies in the garden, prepared gourmet meals, mentored the younger students, worked as a team to prepare and clean up the lunches, mange funds by doing the business bookkeeping, and master planning as they booked their own trips!

Our gourmet upper division chefs  use organic produce from our gardens to once again prepare delicious and nutritious meals for our students.

Hot Lunch is $5.
Served every Wednesday.  

Pizza Fridays features two slices of cheese pizza, juice, and a side for $4.00.

 


A Culinary Experience

Hot lunch is prepared by our upper division students who are certified food handlers.  They run their own restaurant business as part of our paractical life experience and use the profits to  fund their end of the year study trip.  Many of the ingredients are grown  by these students in the school's organic garden.
 Stop by the garden to see organic arugula, winter squash, basil, sugar peas,  cilantro, thyme, green beans, radishes, spinach, carrots, and beans all growing now!
