Our gourmet upper division chefs use organic produce from our gardens to once again prepare delicious and nutritious meals for our students.
A Culinary Experience
Hot lunch is prepared by our upper division students who are certified food handlers. They run their own restaurant business as part of our paractical life experience and use the profits to fund their end of the year study trip. Many of the ingredients are grown by these students in the school's organic garden.
Stop by the garden to see organic arugula, winter squash, basil, sugar peas, cilantro, thyme, green beans, radishes, spinach, carrots, and beans all growing now!
